Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf
Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. vinegar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 lb. pork and 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard and set aside.
Combine meat, eggs, onion and bread crumbs and seasonings. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce and pack into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Pour 1/4 cup sauce over meat loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf.
Garnish with green pepper slices.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
