Swedish Pancakes

Beat eggs and milk.
Add remaining ingredients, except butter and powdered sugar.
Heat skillet.
Pour in batter to lightly coat bottom.
Tilt skillet, rolling batter around to cover bottom evenly.
You want a very thin layer of batter.
Cook about 1 minute until lightly browned on bottom.
Pour a little melted butter on pancake; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Loosen with spatula, roll, add a little more butter and powdered sugar and serve.
