Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/3 c. minced onion, 1/4 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl, mix the first 9 ingredients.
Shape into small meat balls.
Heat 1/2 cup oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Place meatballs in oil.
Cover and cook slowly.
Turn meatballs occasionally.
Drain oil.
Mix chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet; heat until blended.
Add meatballs, cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
Makes about 20 meatballs.
