Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can vegeburger, 4 egg beaters (egg substitute), 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 onion, grated and 1/2 tsp. lawry's salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Grate potatoes last because they will turn brown if they are not cooked soon after grating.
Roll meatballs in bread crumbs.
They will be soft; if they are too soft add more bread crumbs.
Fry meatballs in 1/2-inch of oil, turning frequently.
Place in serving dish and cover with any mushroom sauce.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes.
