Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 3/4 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, beaten, 3/4 tsp. salt and 3 drops tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

With meat in bowl, add remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly. Shape into miniature meatballs; brown in skillet.
When thoroughly browned, add to sauce.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour into casserole and refrigerate.

Stir occasionally.
Serve with toothpicks.
