Swedish Cookies
Swedish Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks), 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter; add sugar slowly.
Add flour, chopped nuts and flavoring.
Roll dough into long rolls on board covered with powdered sugar (may need a little flour).
Chill rolls.
When well chilled (or overnight), slice thick, at least 1/2-inch and bake on cookie sheets about 15 minutes at 350Β°.
When done, sprinkle well with powdered sugar.
