Cut butter and margarine into flour; add egg yolk and sour cream.
Roll into a ball; wrap in wax paper.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Mix sugar, ground walnuts or pecans and cinnamon.
Divide dough into 3 parts.
Roll each portion of dough out separately (like a pie shell).
Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Cut in wedges and roll up like a crescent roll.
