Surprise Salad
Surprise Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. water and 1 c. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring to a boil the pineapple and sugar. Add and mix well the jello and water.
Set until quite thick.
Fold in the whipped cream, walnuts and cheese.
Set until firm.
