Superior Cornbread
Superior Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/3 c. flour, 1 c. corn meal, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 4 1/4 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; stir to blend.
Combine eggs, melted margarine and milk.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Stir until all dry ingredients are moist.
Pour and scrape into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 18 to 24 servings.
