Super Seafood Supper
Super Seafood Supper is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp, 1/2 lb. sea legs, 1/2 lb. scallops, 2 c. thinly sliced celery and 1 c. thinly sliced green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Celery, green pepper and onion butter until partially cooked.
Combine these with seafood and pimento. Mix sour cream, light cream, lemon juice and seasonings small bowl.
Combine 3/4 cup cream mixture, rice and drained mushrooms. Spread rice mixture evenly in well greased 15 x
9 x 2-inch baking
Place seafood mixture on top rice mixture.
Pour remaining 1/4 cup of cream mixture over seafood. Combine crumbs with remaining butter.
Sprinkle over casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
May be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated.
30 minutes additional cooking time if refrigerated.
