Super Mexican Dip
Super Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 lg. onions (chopped), salt and pepper to taste and 1 can (16oz.) refried beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oil in a heavy large skillet over medium heat.
Add beef and onions and cook until beef is brown, breaking up beef with a fork as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
Drain.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon half of beans into 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Top with half of the beef, then half of the chilies, then half of the salsa, and then half of the cheese.
Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F.
Bake dip until heated through and cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream, green onions and olives.
Serve with chips.
