Super Hot Rolls
Super Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded (185~), 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 c. shortening and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cool scalded milk.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine at low speed the sugar, shortening, salt, milk and yeast mixture. Add beaten eggs and about 1 cup flour.
Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the flour by hand.
The dough will be soft.
Put dough on a floured board; knead slightly. Put in a greased bowl; let rise for 3 hours.
