Super Gingersnaps
Super Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. shortening, 1/4 c. molasses and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine half of the flour, brown sugar, shortening, molasses, egg, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Beat with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined.
Beat in remaining flour. Roll into 1-inch dough balls in the sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes until tops are set and crackled.
