Sunshine Salad
Sunshine Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon jello, 80 small marshmallows, 2 c. cold water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained and juice saved and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook mixture until thick.
