Sunday Rolls
Sunday Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. lard, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Scald the 2 cups of milk.
Add sugar, lard and salt.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Add the yeast, dissolved in the 1/2 cup of warm water.
Add flour and stir good.
Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise to double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours.
Place dough on floured surface.
Knead and make into biscuits.
Place in greased pans and let rise again about 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
Enough to feed your Sunday company.
