Sunday Pork Roast
Sunday Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium fresh pork roast or 8 to 10 thick chops, 1 to 2 sliced granny smith apples, 1 thinly sliced onion, 1 can sauerkraut and 1 tbsp. caraway seed (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place roast or chops (seasoned to taste) in Dutch oven.
Top with apple slices, onion and sauerkraut. Cover and place in preheated 300Β° oven before leaving for Sunday school.
After church (approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours), remove from oven and enjoy.
