Sunday Beef Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium roast, 5 medium potatoes (optional), 2 1/2 c. water, 1 c. dale seasoning and 1/4 c. season salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Line a large Pyrex pan with foil.
Cut roast into thin pieces; put in pan.
Peel, wash and slice potatoes.
Place with roast.
Mix together water, Dale's and season salt.
Pour over roast and potatoes.
