Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with qt. sliced raw summer squash, onion, chopped, . bell's stuffing mix, melted margarine and cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil squash and onion until tender.
Drain and mash well. Mix stuffing with margarine and put half over bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix soup, sour cream, pimiento and pepper.
Mix with squash and onion mixture.
Pour over stuffing and sprinkle remaining stuffing over squash mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
