Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. tender squash, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 tbsp. butter, melted and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice squash and cook until tender; drain.
Arrange a layer of squash in buttered casserole.
Add 1/2 can soup.
Add another layer of squash and remaining soup.
Mix bread crumbs in melted butter and arrange on top.
