Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 large onion, 2 large carrots, grated, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook squash until tender; combine with onions, soup and sour cream.
Melt margarine and mix with half of stuffing.
Place on bottom of 9 x 13-inch or 3-quart baking dish.
Add half of the squash mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Add remaining squash and top with remaining stuffing.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 10.
