Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. shredded carrot, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook squash and onions in boiling water 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup and sour cream.
Stir in carrots.
Fold in squash and onions.
Combine stuffing mix and butter.
Spread half stuffing in bottom of loaf pan.
Spoon in vegetable mix over stuffing, then cover with rest of stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
