Summer Squash
Summer Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cut up, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 2 green onions, minced and salt and white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook the squash in small amount of water 5 to 10 minutes; drain.
Combine sour cream, butter, onions, salt and pepper. Place in buttered 1-quart casserole.
Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
