Summer Sauce
Summer Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can plum tomatoes or crushed tomatoes, 1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil, 6 chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 tbsp. dried basil and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients in a small deep bowl.
Cover and leave at room temperature until ready to use.
Cook your favorite pasta (either spaghetti, linguini or angel hair) al dente.
Drain and pour some sauce on the bottom of a serving dish; place pasta over that.
Sprinkle with Romano cheese and top with more sauce.
