Summer's End
Summer'S End is an easy dinner. Made with sliced onion (large), several tomatoes, peeled, 6 to 8 sliced peppers, 1 glove garlic and salt, pepper, sugar, bon appetit spice or celery, diced to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large skillet pour in approximately 2 tablespoons oil.
Add sliced onion and sliced garlic.
Cook until onion starts to brown. Add sliced peppers and cook until slightly tender.
Add tomatoes and spices, etc.
Cook approximately 30 minutes on low to medium heat.
Serve hot.
Good as side dish or just with bread.
