Summer Peach Pie
Summer Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 tbsp. peach jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Add gelatin and blend well.
Cool mixture 15 or 20 minutes.
Fold in fruit.
