Sugarless Peach-Apple Butter
Sugarless Peach-Apple Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. peaches, peeled, pitted and cut up (about 12) and 1 (1 1/2 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a 4-quart kettle mash peaches well; add apple juice.
Bring to boiling point, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until very thick.
Stir often as mixture thickens.
Press mixture through a sieve or food mill.
Ladle into hot clean jars (1/2 pint).
