Sugarless Ice Cream
Sugarless Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. homogenized milk, 2 eggs, separated, 1/2 tsp. flour, 1 large instant sugarless vanilla pudding mix and 1 large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put small amount of milk in saucepan with flour.
Heat, add egg yolks slowly, stirring constantly to prevent curdling; set aside. Mix pudding mix with Cool Whip, milk, vanilla and Equal.
When milk, flour and egg yolk mixture gets cool, mix everything but egg whites.
When this is mixed, fold, don't stir, in beaten egg whites; if not sweet enough, add Sweet and Low.
Makes 1 gallon.
