Cream first 3 ingredients, then add oil and beat well.
Beat in eggs well.
Add dry ingredients.
Refrigerate dough at least 3 hours or overnight for easier handling.
Make cookies by rolling dough into small balls (walnut size) and flatten with glass dipped in sugar/flour mixture (2 tablespoons each) on oiled cookie sheets at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
I use pressed glass to get design in cookie.
