Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. shortening, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg and 4 tsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

For shortening, I use butter flavor Crisco.
Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla.
Add egg; beat until fluffy.
