Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter and sugar well.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually blend in flour, baking powder and salt which have been sifted together.
Chill dough at least 3 hours or overnight.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured pastry canvas with a stockinette covered rolling pin to 1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
