Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. shortening and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Well the oleo, sugar, vanilla, shortening and egg. Sift and the flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda. Cover cookie sheet with foil.
Roll dough into small balls and flatten with glass, moistened and dipped in sugar.
Bake at 400Β° until light tan, about 8 minutes.
