Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

At medium speed, cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, until light and fluffy.
Add oil and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt and add to creamed mixture.
Beat until well blended.
Wrap and chill for several hours.
Set oven at 325Β°.
Grease cookie sheets. Form heaping teaspoonful into ball.
Flatten with glass to 2 inches in diameter; dip glass in sugar.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before removing.
