Suet Pudding
Suet Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. ground suet (shortening can be substituted), 1 c. raisins, 1 c. molasses, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. sour milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grind suet and raisins together.
Sift flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon together.
Mix molasses, sugar and milk together.
Work some flour mixture into the suet and raisins.
Then combine all ingredients.
Steam in greased cans for 3 hours. (Pudding will double while cooking.)
