Successful Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. boiling water, 3 egg whites, 1/3 c. sugar and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Moisten cornstarch in small amount of water.
Stir in boiling water.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add salt, then add sugar gradually.
Beat in the cooked and cooled cornstarch until firm peaks form.
Brown 10 minutes at 425Β°.
Makes enough meringue for 2 pies.
This holds up with no weeping.
