Successful Meringue
Successful Meringue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. cornstarch, enough cold water to moisten cornstarch, 1/2 c. boiling water, 3 egg whites and 6 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve the cornstarch in the small amount of cold water. Stir in the boiling water.
Cook until thick and clear.
Cool. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add salt and then sugar gradually.
Beat in the cooled cornstarch and beat until of the right consistency to stand in pretty peaks.
Brown in 375Β° oven.
