Stuffing
Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. diced onion, 1 c. diced celery, 1 lb. bulk sausage and 2 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
Add onions and celery; saute 5 minutes.
Place in large bowl.
Cook sausage until done (10 minutes).
Add to vegetables in bowl.
Stir in stuffing and remaining ingredients, including eggs.
Bake at 350Β° about 1/2 hour or until all ingredients are thoroughly hot in a baking dish.
