Stuffed Zucchini
Stuffed Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium zucchini, 1 lb. ground beef, browned, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, 16 oz. italian style canned tomatoes and 1 c. bread cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slice zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp; save. PurΓ©e pulp and tomatoes in food processor.
Brown ground beef in skillet.
Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and pulp. Season with Prudhommes Cajun seasoning, about 1 1/2 teaspoons or to taste.
Stir in bread cubes.
Remove from heat.
