Stuffed Zucchini
Stuffed Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium size zucchini, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out centers, being careful not to break shells.
Place on greased sheet the coarsely chopped zucchini centers.
Melt margarine in saucepan and saute onion and garlic.
Add zucchini, celery, tomato and Worcestershire.
Brown beef and onion; drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
