Stuffed Tortilla Rolls(Serves 12)
Flour tortillas spread with cream cheese, chiles, and olives, then chilled and sliced into pinwheels. A make-ahead party platter staple that serves a crowd with no oven required.

Mix cream cheese, chilies, olives, green onions, cumin and garlic powder in food processor or mixer.
Spread on tortillas.
Roll them up and individually wrap in foil.
Chill them overnight.
Makes 6 to 8 tortillas.
Unwrap and slice.
Serve with picante sauce.
