Stuffed Steak
Stuffed Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 3 tbsp. margarine and 2 c. cubed day old bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Flatten steak.
Lightly cook onion and celery.
Add bread cubes, seasonings, parsley and water.
Cut meat into 4 pieces. Spread with dressing mixture.
Roll up; fasten with toothpick. Roll in flour; brown in hot fat.
Dilute soup with 1 cup water and pour over meat.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
