Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. jumbo shells pasta, 32 oz. spaghetti sauce, 20 oz. frozen spinach, 2 eggs and 1 lb. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook shells, rinse in cold water and set aside.
Mix spinach, eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, onion salt, garlic powder and Parmesan. Place 1/2 c. sauce in bottom of pan.
Stuff shells and place in pan.
Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
