Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box large pasta shells, 1 large jar your favorite spaghetti sauce, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 carton ricotta cheese and 1/2 to 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Boil shells per box instructions; drain and run under cold water, then drain again.
Saute the meat until done.
Drain and add sauce.
Heat and set aside.
Combine Ricotta cheese, 1/2 pound Mozzarella (shredded), 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, basil, salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder to taste.
