Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 box jumbo shells, 1/2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey, 2 eggs, 1 c. dry stove top or croutons and 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook shells until tender.
Drain and cool on wax paper. Brown hamburger and onion and drain.
Combine meat, eggs, Stove Top (croutons), Mozzarella cheese and spices.
Mix well.
Spread about an inch layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Fill each shell with meat mixture and place open side down in dish.
Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
