Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pork tenderloin, 6 servings prepared stuffing (stove top), 3/4 c. chopped, peeled apples, 8 pecans, chopped and 2 or 3 razor thin slices prosciutto ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix stuffing with apples and pecans.
Butterfly tenderloin. Lay Prosciutto on inside surface.
Stuff it, then roll it and tie tenderloin.
Place, seam side down, in greased pan.
Drizzle with margarine.
Bake at 425Β° for about 50 minutes.
