Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Brown ground pork with onion; drain. Stir in 1/2 can of soup, bread, egg and nutmeg.
Cut tenderloin in a half slit, almost through lengthwise. Stuff sides together.
Fasten with strings or skewers.
Wrap bacon around the roast.
Cook, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes per pound.
