"Stuffed" Pork Chops
"Stuffed" Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 slices bread, cubed, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1/4 c. onion, diced, salt and pepper to taste and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute celery and onion in butter until softened.
Combine celery and onion with bread cubes and seasoning.
Stir in enough cream of mushroom soup to hold it together; set aside.
Combine remaining soup with 1/2 can milk; set aside.
Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet.
Transfer pork chops to baking dish.
Mound stuffing mix in center of each pork chop.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
