Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large green peppers, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut top from peppers; remove seeds.
Brown meat in skillet; stir in garlic salt and salt.
Add 1/2 cup of tomatoes and the cereal.
Fill each pepper with 1/2 cup meat mixture.
Place in a greased shallow baking dish.
Pour on remaining tomatoes.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
