Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 green peppers, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove stalk ends and seeds.
Parboil gently in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and mix well; cook 1 minute.
Add milk and stir until boiling.
Combine this sauce with salt, pepper, ketchup, meat and well drained corn.
Fill the peppers and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place into a greased ovenproof dish with stock or water.
Bake in moderate oven until tender.
