Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut peppers into halves lengthwise; remove seeds and wash. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 can tomato sauce.
Pile meat mixture lightly into pepper halves.
Place in large baking dish.
Top each pepper with remaining tomato sauce. Cover dish tightly.
Bake in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350Β°.
