Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 cans stewed tomatoes, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove seeds from pepper; parboil 10 minutes and drain.
Brown meat; drain.
Add 1 can tomatoes, bread crumbs and seasoning; mix well.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Blend cornstarch with second can of tomatoes.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Pour over peppers.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until tender.
